Refunds: All of our products are provided as downloadable content and therefore all transactions are final and non-refundable.

License: When purchasing an item, you are simultaneously buying a license for sole usage of that item. This license gives only you, the rights to use it for personal and commercial work. 

Reselling: Items purchased may NOT be redistributed or resold "as-is" or as part of any other collection of project resources or files. In other words, you may not re-sell our files as stock footage/media in any way. Items purchased may NOT be advertised as "your product" in any way.

Sharing: Sharing products from this store is forbidden and a breach of IP copyright. Lawful action will be taken to recover the loss of income of Final Cut Plugs.

What currency is the store in?

The plugin wont show up in FCPX but my other plugins will?
They might be saved in the wrong folder. Some plugins work differently for example, the Smooth Transitions Layers are a Title plugin but create a video transition. Always check the prouct description to make sure what type of plugin it is and where it needs to be installed.

The red error screen shows?
This is probably because you need to update Final Cut Pro. Newer plugins will only work with FCP version 10.6.4 or above.

I havent recieved my dowload link?
Download links can take upto a few hours to be sent through. It may be in your spam/junk folder. If it hasnt shown up in a few hours then please contact sellfy@support.com.

Do the plugins work with vertical video?
Most of the newer plugins work with vertical video but a lot of the older ones dont. We are working on vertical video specific bundles that will be available soon.

The product does not work, i would like a refund?
As all products are downloadable, all sales have a no refund policy as stated in the terms unless it is a duplicate order. Please contact me and we can find a solution to your problem.
